Winter Magic Kickoff and Chili Cookoff - The downtown section of Gatlinburg, the entire street, shuts down to occupy all the chili vendors and entertainment and people that are expected to accommodate the event. The Winter lights are turned on as the main event for the evening. 865-436-4178.
